Scottsdale League for the Arts​

Over the past two years I have had the unique opportunity to have the Scottsdale League for the Arts as one of my clients. With 100% of their net proceeds benefiting local arts programs, it was very rewarding to work with this team, made up of mostly volunteers, to put on amazing culinary events.

Brat Haus​

Brat Haus was one of the most fun projects I have worked on, representing the brand through public and media relations, social media strategy and management, advertising, promotions, cross collaborations and special events. I developed the concept and creative components for an annual signature event called Sausage Fest. It was a lot of fun to just go for it and be daring in the marketing, our tagline for this event was and still is  - "It's Gonna be a Total..."


This fun group of beer and brat lovers were a pleasure to work with and I was honored to help their brand grow and gain fifty media articles and TV news opportunities including national coverage.


El Palacio Restaurant & Cantina of Chandler

When I first met Anthony Serrano, his family owned and operated restaurant was fairly new and business was slow. But, there was a fire brewing inside of Anthony and I knew he was destine for greatness. Over the years, I implemented a mix of traditional and non-traditional marketing and public relations strategies to increase public awareness and traffic to his restaurant.


With every TV appearance, cooking demo, cooking competition and public speaking opportunity I presented Anthony with, he grew and refined his abilities. Then, a few years back he won a Golden Ticket to compete in the World Food Championships. Today Anthony is a world known competitive chef with multiple titles under his belt, exposure through national TV appearances and he continues to thrive. I'm so proud to have been an important part of his story and his friend.


Crust Restaurants & My Pie​

When a couple of New Yorkers show up on the scene in Arizona with ambition, enthusiasm and their sites set on dominating the Italian food industry - you jump on board! 

That's how things are with Crust Restaurants & My Pie. Owned and operated by Mike Meredino and Ryan Mitchell. With two Crust locations in Scottsdale and Phoenix, they set their sights on the east valley. The third Crust location opened just about three years ago in Downtown Chandler to much success. I enjoyed launching the brand and had a lot of fun with creative marketing and public relations.

My Pie, a sister concept to Crust - is a fast causal version of the New York style pizza served at Crust. To date, My Pie has franchised and successfully opened in four different states with a total of 8 locations. I have provided support services as needed including social media strategy calendars development and PR launches for new locations.
