Aioli Gourmet Burgers, in partnership with Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers and Valley Youth Theatre are looking for the next best food melody – think “Cheeseburgers in Paradise” – but make it Triple Threat Challenged themed!
Aioli Gourmet Burgers is well known for their Triple Threat Challenge – an intense food competition where hungry competitors attempt to finish a three-patty burger, loaded fries and a shake in less than 15 minutes. Now, with the help of two fantastic, local, partners – they are sending out an invitation to local teens, ages 12-20 to create a tune that perfectly pairs with the Triple Threat Challenge. The winning song will be used to promote and market the Triple Threat Challenge through a commercial video with Chef Tommy D’Ambrosio.
“We had such a wonderful experience partnering with Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers on our burger and shake competition. I was inspired by the talent of the teens and am thrilled to work with them again for this competition,” said Tommy D’Ambrosio, Chef, Aioli Gourmet Burgers. “This one is extra special because we have Valley Youth Theatre as a partner too so that we can reach more kids and give them a chance to do something fun!”
The contest is open to youth ages 12-20 years old with their own original song and video that perfectly showcases the Triple Threat Challenge. Aioli’s is taking submissions now through January 18th. Visit www.aioliburger.com for entry.
"We are so excited to partner with Aioli Burger and Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Rock Center to provide this amazing opportunity to the young people in our community! Creativity and talent abound in the young people in this town," said Bobb Cooper, Producing Artistic Director, Valley Youth Theatre.
The team at Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers and Valley Youth Theatre will offer support, mentorship and resources to any teens interested in participating. The Teen Centers offer state-of-the-art recording studio and video studio space to support teen participants.
“Phoenix has a rich history of talented young musicians that have become known worldwide including Jimmy Eat World, Jordin Sparks, Taylor Upsahl, The Format, Gin Blossoms and of course, Alice Cooper,” said Randy Spencer, Partnerships and Development at Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers.
“We see highly talented teens every day at our teen center and this is a great opportunity for more youth to showcase their creativity. We are thankful to partner with Aioli Gourmet Burgers and Valley Youth Theatre on this contest and can’t wait to hear all of the great submissions!”

About Aioli Gourmet Burgers
Open since 2013, Aioli Gourmet Burgers started as a single food truck, quickly growing with the addition of one more food truck each year since then. The original restaurant location was opened in 2016 at 32nd Street & Shea off the 51 Freeway. Today, there are three Aioli Gourmet Burgers locations across the valley with plans for further expansion.
The restaurant group is led under the culinary direction of Chef Tommy D’Ambrosio, who, from a young age, had a passion for cooking. Combining differing flavors to make one-of-a-kind culinary creations, Chef Tommy was inspired by his grandmother, and having a huge Italian family- cooking and eating was a big part of his life. Chef Tommy is a Chopped champion, he’s competed at the World Food Championships, and has won numerous awards including the Scottsdale Culinary Festival’s Burger Battle several years running. Aioli Gourmet Burgers has won the Phoenix New Times Best of Burger award for the past four years in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
