Halloween Town Pumpkin Patch Brings Safe Family Fun To Paradise Valley, October 22-31


Cooler weather is on the horizon and Phoenicians are chomping at the bit to get back to some remnants of normalcy with fall festivities. The big question that remains is how to successfully welcome the bounty of the season while maintaining social distancing and health precautions in today’s new normal. That’s where Halloween Town Pumpkin Patch comes in. The team behind this annual event is going above and beyond to ensure Phoenix families will have an amazing experience this season.

Taking over the parking lot at the east end of Paradise Valley Mall, Halloween Town Pumpkin Patch will be located at 4568 E Cactus Road, Phoenix, AZ 85032. It will run from October 22nd through Halloween Day. Hours will be from 4-9 p.m. on Monday-Friday and from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Saturday – Sunday.

“Keeping everyone safe is our top priority. We’ve gone to great lengths to make sure the layout will be setup to ensure proper social distancing and safety. We want our community to enjoy the fun and magic they look forward to each year,” Frankie Epifani, founder, Halloween Town Pumpkin Patch.

Precautionary measures include:

· Temperature checks at entry + pre-entry COVID-19 questionnaire

· Mask requirements of staff + any guests ages 2+

· Contactless ticket purchasing w/ plexiglass protection

· Hand washing and sanitizing stations placed throughout the event

· Social distancing markers in areas of crowding – like lines to get on rides

· Food court seating spaced 6’ apart

· Safe handling of money and food with proper glove protection

· All staff will receive temperature checks and wear masks

Admission to Halloween Town Pumpkin Patch is $5, kids ages 2 and under will be admitted for free. There will be options for all day wristbands for rides, starting at $20. Activities include a hay maze, pumpkin painting, bounce houses, carnival games, mirror maze, big slide, face painting, balloon twister and kiddie rides. There will also be a large pumpkin patch where kids can pick out their favorite gourds to take home for Jack-O-Lantern carving.

Food and beverage options will include all of your favorite festival eats like hot dogs, corn dogs, burgers, pretzels, nachos, cotton candy, funnel cake, snow cones, popcorn and lemonade, soft drinks, etc.
